1、自媒体矩阵运营 *负责公司官方微信公众号、抖音、视频号、小红书、官网等平台的内容策划、制作与日常运营，提升品牌影响力和用户互动率。 *结合平台特性与用户画像，制定差异化内容策略，产出图文、短视频、直播等多种形式的内容。 2、媒体公关与外部联系 *建立并维护与央媒、行业媒体等核心媒体的合作关系，负责日常沟通、选题对接及新闻稿件发布。 *监测媒体舆情，及时响应并处理公关危机，维护品牌声誉。 3、创意内容与构想 *参与品牌Campaign的创意脑暴，提出具有传播力的内容创意方案，并推动创意从概念到执行落地。 *跟踪行业内容趋势，持续优化内容形式与叙事手法，保持品牌内容的新鲜感与竞争力。 4、跨部门沟通与流程协作 *与产品、销售、客户等部门紧密配合，理解公司业务逻辑与内部流程，确保内容项目高效推进。 *担任内容需求方与执行方之间的桥梁，协调资源，解决协作中的卡点问题。 5、大型项目内容落地 *对接公司大型项目中的客户资源，挖掘客户传播需求，策划并执行内容合作方案。 *参与项目全流程管理，确保内容成果符合客户预期并达成业务目标。 6、出差与外勤 *根据项目需要，安排出差参与客户会议、行业论坛、线下活动等，实地跟进内容拍摄与媒体对接。

1、硕士及以上学历，新闻传播、市场营销、广告学、中文、数字媒体等相关专业优先。 2、熟悉公众号、抖音、视频号、小红书等主流平台的内容规则与运营逻辑，有个人或运营成功账号案例者加分。 3、具备扎实的文字功底和基础的图片/视频处理能力（如PS、剪映、PR等），能独立完成内容产出。 4、对媒体环境有基本认知，了解央媒及行业媒体的运作方式。 5、创意能力：脑洞大，网感强，善于从日常中发现传播亮点，能将抽象概念转化为具象内容。 6、表达清晰，逻辑性强，能有效对接内外部多方角色，具备良好的谈判与协调能力。 7、主动推进工作，能适应多项目并行的工作节奏，对交付质量有要求。 8、外向型人格，乐于与人打交道，享受团队协作，适应出差。
