1、硕士学历，流体力学、机械工程、能源动力、机电一体化等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的专业基础，对泵类产品或流体机械领域有基本认知，了解产品开发与市场协同流程； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维与跨部门沟通能力，能够衔接技术与市场两端； 4、有泵阀、流体设备、家电、工业品等相关行业实习经历者优先，熟悉CAD、CFD等工具者更佳。
