Zur Unterstützung unseres Social Media-Teams suchen wir zeitnah eine*n

Junior Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

in Teil- oder Vollzeit. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du konzipierst und drehst Social Media Inhalte für unterschiedliche Formate.
  • Du schreibst Captions und Titel für unsere Social Media-Inhalte.
  • Du postest und planst Social Media-Inhalte in Abstimmung mit dem Redaktionsteam für verschiedene Formate.
  • Du übernimmst das Community Management von unterschiedlichen Formaten (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Du führst regelmäßige Online-Trend-Recherchen durch und hilfst damit, unseren Content weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du erstellst Reportings und behältst die wichtigsten KPIs im Auge.
  • Du pflegst die Firmen-Kanäle von Hyperbole (Instagram und LinkedIn).

Dein Profil

  • Du bist digital Native und kennst die aktuellen Trends auf TikTok, YouTube und Instagram
  • Du hast großes Interesse an Social Media und behältst die neuesten Gen Z- und Gen Alpha-Trends im Blick.
  • Du überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte Textsicherheit und ein gutes Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Tools wie Photoshop, Canva und CapCut.
  • Du kennst dich mit den wichtigsten KPIs aus und kannst daraus Ableitungen treffen.
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit in Stresssituationen zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und kommunikationsstark.
