Für unseren Standort in Köln suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine

Studentische Aushilfe (m/w/d) für den Bereich Gebäudemanagement

Die Stelle ist für 20 Std./Woche zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für Hilfstätigkeiten, Besorgungen sowie Botengänge im Produktionsalltag
  • Du unterstützt bei logistischen Arbeiten, allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten sowie dem Facility Management
  • Du besetzt vertretungsweise den Empfang
  • Du bereitest Firmenveranstaltungen vor und nach
  • Du unterstützt bei der Bestückung der Küchen
  • Du erledigst regelmäßig Einkäufe im Großmarkt
  • Du unterstützt bei der Koordination von Handwerkern und Lieferanten

Dein Profil

  • Du bist ordentlich eingeschriebene/r Student/in (alle Studiengänge)
  • Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick mit und bist im Besitz des Führerscheins Klasse B
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Planungs- und Organisationstalent
  • Du hast gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert.
  • Dein Teamgeist und deine Flexibilität runden dein Profil ab
