Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager at Lepa Life, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring that our customers receive the exceptional service they expect from us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on sales metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Represent Lepa Life at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in ecommerce or wholesale.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
