  • Ensino Superior em Admnistração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis e/ou correlatas.
  • Desejável sólida experiência anterior em funções relacionadas à rescisão de contrato e envios ao e-social.
  • Conhecimento em cálculos de rescisão, assegurando conformidade com a legislação vigente e acordos coletivos.
  • Conhecimento em E-social, FGTS digital e GRRF.
  • Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, incluindo impostos, contribuições sociais e obrigações trabalhistas.
  • Capacidade para analisar dados complexos, identificar padrões e resolver discrepâncias de forma eficaz.
  • Habilidades de comunicação eficaz e atendimento de qualidade aos colaboradores, solucionando dúvidas e questões relacionadas à rescisão, benefícios e outras demandas administrativas.
  • Capacidade para gerenciar múltiplas demandas e cumprir prazos estabelecidos.
  • Conhecimento do sistema de folha SAP/SuccessFactores - Será um diferencial ter conhecimento avançado nesses sistemas.
  • Conhecimento avançado da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária.
  • Noções de Relações Sindicais.
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel.

Como é o dia a dia:

  • Calcular e garantir a exatidão de todos os proventos e descontos rescisórios, assegurando a conformidade com a legislação vigente e acordos coletivos e envios do e-social.
  • Garantir a precisão dos cálculos e a conformidade com a legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e fiscal, abrangendo a correta apuração de impostos, contribuições sociais e encargos.
  • Realizar tratativas e fornecer orientações aos colaboradores e gestores sobre questões de rescisão contratual e políticas de RH, com clareza e agilidade na comunicação.
  • Elaborar e apresentar relatórios periódicos e indicadores à liderança, assegurando a exatidão, a confiabilidade das informações.
  • Acompanhar o processo de homologação e o atendimento dos chamados abertos pelos nossos fornecedores. Além disso, garantir o controle, a organização e o arquivamento digital de toda a documentação rescisória, conforme as políticas da empresa.
  • Assegurar o cumprimento de todos os prazos legais do desligamento, incluindo o pagamento das verbas rescisórias e a emissão/entrega das documentações obrigatórias.
  • Auxiliar na capacitação de novos membros da área de rescisão por meio de treinamentos formais ou prática das atividades, assim como na atualização contínua do time sobre mudanças em políticas, regulamentos e boas práticas, assegurando maior eficiência nas entregas.
