Como é o dia a dia de um(a) Vendedor(a) Especialista:

  • Elaborar e apresentar orçamentos e propostas comerciais com precisão técnica e clareza, alinhando-se às demandas do projeto e necessidades do cliente, a fim de garantir transparência e competitividade na oferta.
  • Realizar negociações comerciais considerando os interesses do cliente e os objetivos da empresa, conduzindo acordos que resultem em condições vantajosas e sustentáveis para ambas as partes.
  • Atingir as metas comerciais definidas no plano anual de vendas, acompanhando os indicadores e promovendo ações que contribuam diretamente para o crescimento das vendas e rentabilidade da unidade.
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, garantindo um atendimento consultivo e personalizado durante todo o processo de venda e no pós-venda, fortalecendo a fidelização.
  • Oferecer suporte técnico aos clientes nas fases de pré e pós-venda, esclarecendo dúvidas, fornecendo informações detalhadas sobre os serviços e produtos ofertados e orientando quanto às melhores práticas para a conservação dos produtos.
  • Manter-se atualizado tecnicamente sobre sua família de atuação, participando de treinamentos e acompanhando tendências e inovações, com o objetivo de garantir excelência técnica nas abordagens comerciais.
  • Atuar em sinergia com equipes internas, projetos e instalação, garantindo alinhamento entre as fases do processo e fluidez na transição entre venda, produção e execução dos serviços.
  • Participar da elaboração e revisão de orçamentos, colaborando na correta interpretação de plantas, especificações técnicas e desenhos, a fim de garantir a viabilidade técnica e financeira das soluções ofertadas.
