  • Conhecimento em processos logísticos.
  • NR11 e Curso de Paleteira.

Como é o dia a dia:

  • Garantir a conformidade das entradas e saídas de mercadorias, realizando a conferência rigorosa de volumes, quantidades, características e documentos fiscais, conforme os padrões e sistemas da Leroy Merlin, prevenindo divergências e assegurando que o estoque físico reflita fielmente a realidade operacional e financeira do Centro de Distribuição.
  • Preservar a qualidade e a integridade dos produtos movimentados, atuando na inspeção das condições físicas, embalagens, avarias, validade e padrões de armazenagem ao longo dos fluxos logísticos, prevenindo perdas, retrabalhos e impactos negativos no atendimento às lojas e aos clientes.
  • Assegurar a acuracidade dos registros sistêmicos, realizando o registro correto e tempestivo de todas as movimentações nos sistemas de gestão logística e de estoque, com foco em dados críticos e rastreabilidade, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações e o suporte às decisões operacionais e de controle.
  • Atuar como ponto de controle e prevenção de desvios, identificando, sinalizando e tratando de forma estruturada divergências físicas ou documentais, em articulação com as áreas envolvidas, contribuindo para a redução de riscos, perdas e reincidências e para a melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Contribuir para a organização e padronização do armazém, aplicando de forma consistente as práticas de organização, identificação e etiquetagem com uso de transpaleteira elétrica e hidráulica conforme os métodos definidos, apoiando a localização dos materiais, a fluidez dos fluxos e a eficiência das operações do Centro de Distribuição.
  • Apoiar a confiabilidade dos inventários e balanços, participando ativamente dos inventários rotativos e gerais conforme metodologias e critérios estabelecidos, contribuindo para a consistência dos dados, a credibilidade dos indicadores de estoque e os processos de controle e auditoria.
  • Colaborar para a fluidez e o ritmo operacional do Centro de Distribuição, atuando de forma integrada com as equipes de recebimento, armazenagem e expedição, alinhando prazos e prioridades operacionais para sustentar o nível de serviço sem perder a qualidade do serviço prestado.
  • Sustentar a disciplina operacional e a cultura de excelência logística, por meio do cumprimento rigoroso dos processos, normas de segurança e padrões da Leroy Merlin, com postura responsável e atenção aos detalhes, fortalecendo a confiabilidade da operação e a maturidade logística do Centro de Distribuição.
