  • Ensino superior completo em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia, Engenharia e afins.
  • Desejável Pós Graduação em Gestao Financeira, Controladoria Financeira.
  • Experiência consolidada na área de Planejamento Financeiro.
  • Conhecimento e atuação nas áreas de controladoria, contabilidade, e tributária, bem como na rotina de planejamento financeiro e gerencial, incluindo, suporte total a diretoria e acompanhamento de consultoria financeira.
  • Habilidade com análise de Demonstrações Financeiras (Balanço, DRE, IFRS, Doar e Fluxo de Caixa);
  • Conhecimento avançado em sistema Office, especialmente em Excel.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas informáticos coorporativos (Oracle, SAP, XRT/Gesplan ou sistemas de orçamento financeiro).
  • Conhecimentos avançado em Administração de Capital de Giro, Matemática Financeira e Sistema ERP.

Como é o dia a dia:

  • Analisar os registros contábeis mensais e anuais nos sistemas SAP, HFM e Hyperion, comparando os resultados com o período anterior (N-1) e o objetivo definido, identificando variações e tendências, a fim de subsidiar a tomada de decisões e o acompanhamento da performance financeira.
  • Desenvolver e implementar ferramentas para a construção e consolidação dos objetivos do Plano de 3 Anos (P3A) para as áreas de SI, lojas e novos negócios, garantindo a padronização e a consistência das informações, facilitando o planejamento estratégico da empresa.
  • Elaborar forecasts mensais e anuais da BU para todas as linhas do Demonstrativo de Resultados (PnL), utilizando modelos financeiros e análises de mercado, fornecendo projeções precisas para subsidiar o planejamento e o controle orçamentário.
  • Criar e desenvolver modelos econômico-financeiros para avaliação de novos investimentos da empresa (novas lojas ou projetos), analisando a viabilidade e o retorno dos investimentos, fornecendo subsídios para a tomada de decisão estratégica.
  • Adaptar e configurar as contas de exploração para a mensuração dos resultados de cada novo modelo de negócio (loja física, e-commerce, marketplace, retail media, serviços, etc.), garantindo a consistência e a comparabilidade das informações financeiras, facilitando o acompanhamento da performance de cada negócio.
  • Elaborar e consolidar a comunicação financeira mensal para a BU e o Grupo ADEO, apresentando os principais indicadores de performance comercial, resultados econômicos (em gestão e IFRS), evolução do caixa e resultado financeiro, garantindo a transparência e a clareza das informações.
  • Acompanhar e analisar mensalmente o desempenho de uma regional ou diretoria, identificando tendências, oportunidades e riscos, elaborando relatórios e apresentações com os principais indicadores, fornecendo insights para a gestão da área.
  • Desenvolver e implementar melhorias nas ferramentas e sistemas utilizados para a construção e consolidação dos resultados, buscando a automação de processos e a otimização do fluxo de trabalho, visando aumentar a eficiência da área de FP&A.
