En Leroy Merlin estamos buscando para nuestra tienda de Mos, a una persona que combine visión estratégica, sensibilidad por la experiencia cliente y un pulso firme en la gestión operativa del día a día.

¡Hay un sitio para ti como nuestro/a próximo/a Manager de Relación Cliente! Se trata de una figura clave que conecta las emociones del cliente con la eficiencia de nuestras instalaciones. Un rol con impacto real, transversal, con mucho contacto con equipos, clientes e instaladores, donde cada decisión cuenta.

🔧 ¿Cómo será tu día a día?

Podríamos decir que tu papel será el de conector/a entre cliente, tienda, equipos e instaladores. Pero mejor te contamos todo lo que harás:

🧩 Cliente & Experiencia:

Resolverás incidencias y mejorarás el NPS de forma activa.

Estarás en contacto directo con clientes, líderes de mundo e instaladores.

Revisarás procesos postventa, para asegurar calidad y satisfacción.

📊 Estrategia de Instalaciones:

Impulsarás la cifra de ventas instaladas, definiendo qué secciones potenciar y cuáles estabilizar.

Acompañarás al líder mundo en la estrategia comercial del área.

Formarás a los equipos de venta para minimizar errores e incidencias.

🧠 Liderazgo & Operativa:

Coordinarás al Coordinador/a Relación Cliente y trabajarás codo a codo con el Coordinador Proyectos Cliente.

Serás el puente con la dirección de tienda, colaborando en la estrategia global.

Tendrás mucha presencia en tienda, liderando desde el terreno y sin perder de vista la visión cliente.

🎯 ¿A quién buscamos?

Alguien con experiencia en gestión de equipos operativos y trato directo con clientes, capaz de combinar análisis, empatía y resolución. Pensamos en alguien con experiencia en entornos como supervisión comercial de franquicias/retail, líderes de equipos con carga operativa y responsabilidad financiera o procedimental o responsables de gestión de incidencias y experiencia de cliente.
