En Leroy Merlin, la Asesoría Jurídica Interna es fundamental para el crecimiento seguro y ético de la compañía. Buscamos un/a estudiante de Postgrado en Derecho que desee realizar sus prácticas en un entorno muy dinámico, donde los conocimientos teóricos se aplicarán a desafíos reales de Derecho Mercantil, Civil y Administrativo.   • Estás cursando un Postgrado en Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas o similar, tras finalizar tu Grado en Derecho.
  • Tienes una sólida base de conocimientos en Derecho Mercantil, Civil y Administrativo.
  • Tienes disponibilidad para realizar al menos 6 meses de prácticas a jornada completa.
  • Te caracteriza la curiosidad investigadora y la precisión en el análisis de legislación y jurisprudencia.
  • Buscas un entorno donde puedas redactar documentos legales (contratos, escrituras) y realizar trámites administrativos y judiciales reales.

Qué harás

Tu misión será dar soporte integral al equipo de Asesoría Jurídica, aplicando tu rigor académico a las necesidades legales del negocio. Tus funciones clave incluyen:

  • Soporte en Análisis Legal: Investigarás y analizarás legislación y jurisprudencia para apoyar la elaboración de informes y dictámenes jurídicos cruciales.
  • Redacción y Revisión Documental: Asistirás directamente en la revisión y redacción de documentos legales esenciales (contratos, escrituras, etc.), consolidando tu experiencia práctica.
  • Gestión de Trámites: Participarás en la realización de trámites administrativos y judiciales, obteniendo una visión completa del flujo legal interno y externo.
  • Asistencia Estratégica: Colaborarás en la preparación de presentaciones y reuniones de la Asesoría, entendiendo el impacto de la función legal en la toma de decisiones ejecutivas.
