工作职责 1. Affiliate 招募与拓展 主动寻找、联系并招募新的 Affiliate 合作伙伴。 拓展不同类型的流量合作方，包括 SEO 网站、赌场测评站、媒体买量团队、KOL / Influencer、Telegram 社群、社交媒体流量主、代理团队及广告联盟等。 建立并维护 Affiliate 资源池，持续开发新的合作机会。 与合作伙伴谈判 CPA、RevShare、Hybrid、CPL、固定费用及独家合作等商务条款。 定期参加 iGaming 行业展会、商务活动及线下会议，拓展行业资源。 2. Affiliate 管理与关系维护 维护现有 Affiliate 合作伙伴关系，提升合作深度和稳定性。 为合作伙伴提供推广链接、落地页、素材、优惠活动及市场推广信息。 协助 Affiliate 优化推广方式，提高注册、首充、留存及充值表现。 及时处理合作伙伴的日常问题，包括数据、结算、活动、素材及推广需求。 建立长期稳定的合作关系，提升 Affiliate 活跃度和贡献度。 3. 数据监控与效果优化 跟踪并分析 Affiliate 渠道数据，包括点击、注册、首充、充值金额、NGR、留存、ROI 等核心指标。 定期评估 Affiliate 流量质量，识别高价值合作伙伴及低质量流量来源。 发现异常流量、作弊行为、套利行为、Bonus Abuse 及低质量用户风险。 根据数据表现优化合作条件、推广活动及资源分配。 输出周报、月报及合作伙伴表现分析。 4. 商务开发与市场调研 研究竞争对手 Affiliate Program、佣金政策、市场活动及合作模式。 持续寻找新的市场机会、流量渠道及合作方式。 代表公司参加 SiGMA、SBC、iGB Affiliate、ICE、G2E 等行业展会或类似活动。 与潜在合作伙伴进行线上及线下商务沟通，推动合作落地。 协助公司建立在目标市场的 Affiliate 网络和行业影响力。 5. 内部协作 与市场、广告投放、产品、CRM、运营、支付及合规团队紧密配合。 协调上线市场活动、优惠方案、落地页、素材及追踪链接。 确保 Affiliate 推广内容符合公司品牌规范及合规要求。 及时反馈 Affiliate 和市场端的需求，推动内部优化。 任职要求 至少 2–3 年 iGaming 行业 Affiliate 管理经验。 必须具备 Affiliate 招募、拓展及管理经验。 熟悉在线娱乐场、老虎机、真人娱乐场、体育博彩等产品。 熟悉 CPA、RevShare、Hybrid、CPL、固定费用等联盟合作模式。 有实际谈判合作条款、评估流量质量及管理 Affiliate 绩效的能力。 拥有一定的 iGaming Affiliate、媒体买量、KOL、流量团队或广告联盟资源者优先。 具备良好的商务沟通、谈判、关系维护和跨部门协作能力。 能够远程办公，具备较强的自我管理能力和结果导向意识。 能接受出差，包括参加行业展会、拜访合作伙伴及商务会议。 英文可作为工作语言；会中文或其他东南亚语言者优先。 有东南亚、拉美或新兴市场经验者优先。 加分项 有在线赌场或体育投注平台工作经验。 拥有现成的 iGaming Affiliate 资源或合作伙伴网络。 熟悉 Affiliate Tracking Platform、CRM、BI 数据系统或广告数据分析工具。 有参加 iGaming 展会并成功开发合作伙伴的经验。 具备较强的商业判断力，能评估合作成本、流量质量和长期 ROI。 核心考核指标 KPI 新招募有效 Affiliate 数量。 每月 Affiliate 渠道首充用户数。 Affiliate 渠道充值金额、NGR 和 ROI。 Affiliate 流量质量、用户留存及复充表现。 活跃 Affiliate 合作伙伴数量。 重点合作伙伴增长情况。 展会及商务活动带来的有效合作线索数量。 异常流量、作弊流量及低质量用户控制情况。
