任职要求： 1. 年龄到30岁以内，本科以上学历，至少1年以上人力资源从业经验； 2. 有丰富的招聘项目经验和高端人才猎聘经验，熟知各类招聘渠道，善于进行人才画像分析，可建立岗位能力素质模型和制定人才地图，有外部招聘渠道开发及合作经验； 3. 有丰富的互联网技术岗位招聘经历优先； 4. 沟通表达良好，思路清晰，熟悉招聘流程，有亲和力，具备业务导向思维； 5. 人际敏感度高，思维灵活，具有自动自发的特质，能主动发现问题，并寻找提出可行的解决方案。 6. 中文流利，会英语者优先
