我们正在寻找一位具备数据分析能力与市场敏感度的Media Buyer（广告投放专员），负责公司产品在各大主流媒体平台的广告投放与优化。该岗位将直接参与广告策略制定，提升投放效果，实现ROI最大化。

🔑 岗位职责

  • 负责Facebook、Google、TikTok等主流渠道的广告投放与日常优化
  • 制定广告投放策略，包括受众定位、预算分配及创意测试
  • 实时监控广告数据表现（CTR、CPA、ROI等），并进行数据分析与优化调整
  • 与设计及内容团队协作，优化广告素材（文案、图片、视频）
  • 跟踪行业趋势及竞品投放策略，持续优化投放效果
  • 输出投放报告，提供数据洞察与改进建议

✅ 任职要求

  • 1年以上广告投放经验（Media Buying / Performance Marketing相关）
  • 熟悉Facebook Ads、Google Ads或TikTok Ads平台操作
  • 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel或数据分析工具
  • 对数字营销有敏锐洞察力，具备较强的执行力与学习能力
  • 良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神
  • 有iGaming、电商或海外市场投放经验者优先
