Nu söker vi en platschef till väg och anläggningsprojekt i Stockholm!

Vi utför projekt inom väg och anläggningsarbeten. I takt med att vi växer så behöver vi fortsätta fylla på med kompetenta medarbetare som vill vara med på resan att bli Stockholms ledande anläggningsföretag. Hos oss finns stora möjligheter till personlig utveckling.

Arbetsuppgifter Som platschef arbetar du tillsammans med entreprenadingenjörer och arbetsledare för att driva projekten och avtalen framåt, du har oftast huvudansvaret för ett eller flera mindre ramavtal där du verkar. En framgångsrik platschef är en bra ledare som har förmågan att planera och samordna såväl egna resurser så som våra underentreprenörer samt är lösningsfokuserad. Detta kräver ett handfast ledarskap med förmågan att delegera, sätta krav och entusiasmera medarbetarna.

Kvalifikationer Du har en teknisk universitets- eller högskoleutbildning med inriktning mot exempelvis väg eller annan formell bakgrund/erfarenhet som kan bedömas som likvärdig. Som person är du driven, ser affären, och tar initiativ till att hitta nya möjligheter och lösningar. Du har god datavana och är intresserad av att utveckla vårt arbete med interna IT-system. God förståelse för olika lösningars/metodvals för- och nackdelar, såväl tekniskt som ekonomiskt.

Flerårig erfarenhet från anläggningsbranschen samt erfarenhet från arbete i produktion som exempelvis projektchef alternativt som självgående platschef med stort eget ansvar inom medelstora anläggningsprojekt är meriterande.

B-körkort är ett krav.

Ytterligare information Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med uppdrag inom Stockholms län. Provanställning kan komma att tillämpas.
