Arton:1 utvecklar och tillverkar stålpartier, brandpartier och skyddsprodukter. Från vår verksamhet i Örebro arbetar vi med hela kedjan – från konstruktion och tillverkning till montering och service. Vi tar fram lösningar där funktion, kvalitet och kundens behov behöver gå hand i hand.

Arton:1 är idag en del av Ella Industrier. Nu söker vi en Platschef som vill leda den dagliga verksamheten och vara med och utveckla både organisationen och våra affärer.

Det här är en roll för dig som vill kombinera ett närvarande ledarskap med affärsutveckling och nära kundkontakt.

Som Platschef leder du verksamheten och ansvarar för den dagliga driften, medarbetarna och verksamhetens resultat. Du skapar tydliga prioriteringar och goda förutsättningar för arbetet inom produktion och leverans, samtidigt som du utvecklar arbetssätt som stärker kvalitet, effektivitet och lönsamhet.

Du har också en viktig roll i kontakten med våra kunder. Genom att förstå deras behov, utveckla relationer och identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter bidrar du till Arton:1 fortsatta utveckling. Du deltar i kundmöten och offertarbete och följer upp att våra åtaganden fungerar för både kunden och verksamheten.

Vi söker dig som trivs med att vara nära medarbetarna och den dagliga verksamheten, men som också ser möjligheter att utveckla bolaget på längre sikt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • Leda, planera och följa upp den dagliga verksamheten inom produktion och leverans.
  • Leda och utveckla medarbetarna samt arbeta för en trygg och välfungerande arbetsmiljö.
  • Säkerställa god resursplanering, tydliga prioriteringar och samarbete mellan verksamhetens olika delar.
  • Följa upp kvalitet, leveransprecision och ekonomi samt driva förbättringar i verksamheten.
  • Utveckla befintliga kundrelationer och identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter.
  • Delta i kundmöten, behovsanalys och offertarbete samt följa upp kundprojekt med fokus på kvalitet, kundnytta och lönsamhet.
  • Samarbeta med koncernledningen kring verksamhetens mål, behov och fortsatta utveckling.

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet av att leda en verksamhet och trivs med att ta ansvar för både människor, leveranser och resultat. Du har en god förståelse för hur produktion, kundbehov och ekonomi hänger ihop och är van att skapa struktur i en verksamhet där mycket händer samtidigt.

Som person är du närvarande, tydlig och handlingskraftig. Du bygger förtroende hos både medarbetare och kunder och har förmåga att växla mellan operativa frågor och ett mer långsiktigt perspektiv.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av ledarskap med ansvar för verksamhet och resultat.
  • Bakgrund från tillverkande industri, byggrelaterade produkter eller projektverksamhet.
  • Erfarenhet av kundarbete och ett intresse för att utveckla affärer och långsiktiga relationer.
  • God ekonomisk förståelse och vana att följa upp planering, kvalitet och leverans.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska samt B-körkort.

Erfarenhet av stålpartier, dörrar, glaspartier eller närliggande produkter är meriterande.
