BANQUE DE CANDIDATURES  Les YMCA du Québec sont continuellement à la recherche d’agent.e.s ventes et expérience client afin de répondre aux besoins opérationnels de nos centres. Nous vous contacterons dès que des opportunités correspondant à votre profil seront disponibles. Sous la supervision de la coordination aquatique, la personne sera en charge d’offrir des cours de groupe d’aquaforme stimulants, sécuritaires et créatifs.   Le défi que nous vous proposons

Animer selon la description de cours et les lignes directrices établies par les YMCA du Québec ; Adapter les exercices afin de créer dans le cours un milieu inclusif en offrant des options ou des modifications afin d'encourager les membres à s'entraîner à leur propre rythme ; Observer les participants en leur donnant de la rétroaction et des correctifs au besoin ; Intervenir avec tact et diplomatie quand un membre exécute un exercice d'une façon présentant des risques de blessure ; S'assurer que les procédures et les politiques soient suivies ; Adhérer aux politiques et procédures du YMCA régissant la protection des enfants et des personnes vulnérables ; Comprendre et intégrer la valeur de la philanthropie au sein de son poste et dans l’Association, et participer à des activités / événements de collecte de fonds.

  La personne que nous recherchons

Détenir une certification d'aquaforme, certification en FIT du YMCA ou l’équivalent; Détenir un minimum d’un an d’expérience en tant qu’instructeur.trice; Pouvoir animer différent types de cours, dont aquaforme prénatal et aqua bootcamp (atout) Détenir une certification en réanimation Cardiorespiratoire (RCR);  Maitriser le français à l’oral  Maitriser l'anglais intermédiaire : l'employé.e aura à communiquer en anglais à l'orale sur une base régulière. N'avoir aucun empêchement judiciaire en lien avec l'emploi.
