Ben jij klantgericht, communicatief en administratief sterk? Hou je ervan om klanten verder te helpen, verschillende taken te combineren en snel naar oplossingen te zoeken? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Voor een winkelketen met een breed assortiment aan betaalbare producten voor dagelijks gebruik zijn we op zoek naar een Baliemedewerker. Klanten kunnen er terecht voor onder andere huishoudartikelen, decoratie, speelgoed, schoolbenodigdheden, schoonmaakproducten en seizoensartikelen. Als baliemedewerker ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt en zorg je mee voor een vlotte klantenservice.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • instaan voor het onthaal van klanten en vertegenwoordigers en telefonisch vragen beantwoorden
  • klanten informeren en zorgen voor een klantgerichte service
  • het onthaal netjes, overzichtelijk en ordelijk houden
  • instaan voor het correct inboeken van bonnen en uitvoeren van kassaverrichtingen, zoals voorschotten innen en cadeaubonnen aanmaken
  • klachten en retours behandelen en zoeken naar een passende oplossing
  • kassamedewerkers ondersteunen en kassa's op het einde van de werkdag tellen
