Je komt terecht bij een groeiende internationale groep met een vlakke organisatiestructuur en korte beslissingslijnen. Binnen een sterk finance-team krijg je de ruimte om financiële processen mee vorm te geven, verbeteringen voor te stellen en rechtstreeks samen te werken met de CFO.

Krijg jij energie van cijfers analyseren, financiële processen optimaliseren en het management adviseren? Ben je analytisch sterk en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid? Dan is deze functie als Financial Controller misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Voor een groeiende internationale groep zoeken we een ervaren Financial Controller die nauw samenwerkt met de CFO en het financiële beleid mee ondersteunt en verder uitbouwt.

Jouw takenpakket

  • financiële rapportering en analyse: maandelijkse rapporteringen opmaken en cijfers rond omzet, marges, kosten, voorraad en rendabiliteit analyseren
  • budgettering en forecasting: budgetten en forecasts opstellen en afwijkingen analyseren en toelichten
  • financiële afsluitingen: de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen leiden en de interne jaarrekeningen en consolidaties voorbereiden
  • boekhouding en fiscaliteit: toezicht houden op btw-aangiftes, fiscale verplichtingen, reconciliaties en complexe boekhoudkundige vraagstukken
  • processen optimaliseren: financiële processen, interne controles en ERP-systemen verder uitbouwen en verbeteren
  • advies en samenwerking: de CFO en het management adviseren, het finance-team inhoudelijk begeleiden en AI-tools inzetten om analyses en rapportering efficiënter te maken

Als financial controller herken je jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:

  • je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële of boekhoudkundige richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring, en minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • beschikt je over een sterke financiële en boekhoudkundige basis en hebt een analytische, kritische en nauwkeurige mindset
  • je bent gestructureerd en proactief, neemt eigenaarschap en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat
  • haal jij inzichten uit cijfers en weet deze te vertalen naar duidelijke adviezen met impact op de business
  • heb jij oog voor procesoptimalisatie en innovatie, en staat open voor technologie, ERP-systemen en AI
  • je bent een vlotte communicator en kennisdeler, met een goede Excel-kennis en interesse in fiscale en financiële regelgeving
