Jobomschrijving

Voor een technische productieomgeving zoekt Let's Work een kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke die mee waakt over de kwaliteit van voertuigen tijdens de assemblage en eindcontrole.

Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers, volgt montageprocessen nauwgezet op en gaat actief op zoek naar verbeteringen op het vlak van kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Daartegenover staan een uitgebreide persoonlijke begeleiding, veel autonomie na je inwerkperiode en een aantrekkelijke verloning.

Wat staat op jou te wachten als verantwoordelijke van kwaliteit?

  • Tijdens de verschillende montagestappen en de eindcontrole bewaak je de kwaliteit van de voertuigen en volg je de resultaten nauwgezet op
  • Nieuwe medewerkers begeleid je bij hun opstart en je helpt hen om kwaliteitsbewust te werken
  • Je stelt controle-instructies en -documenten op en zorgt voor de herinvoering en naleving van het autocontrolesysteem
  • Montageproblemen en storingen analyseer je om tot geschikte oplossingen te komen
  • Vaststellingen uit de eindcontrole en feedback van klanten koppel je terug aan de assemblagemedewerkers. Moeilijke montages en technische problemen bespreek je met engineering
  • Je hebt een hogere technische opleiding in een mechanische richting gevolgd. Ook gelijkwaardige ervaring in een soortgelijke functie komt in aanmerking
  • Ervaring in kwaliteitscontrole en/of assemblage is een pluspunt. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor detail
  • Met je technische kennis en interesse in voertuigen en productieprocessen begrijp je de uitdagingen op de werkvloer
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de people skills om collega's te begeleiden en technische informatie helder over te brengen
  • Nederlands, Engels en Frans beheers je op technisch vlak, zodat je vlot met verschillende betrokkenen kunt communiceren
  • Een positieve, flexibele en doelgerichte houding typeert je. Je pakt problemen snel aan, staat open om bij te leren en neemt ook administratieve taken nauwkeurig op
