Jobomschrijving

Als kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke sta je in voor de kwaliteit van voertuigen tijdens de verschillende assemblagestappen en de eindcontrole. Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers, volgt de kwaliteit op de werkvloer nauwgezet op en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en ondersteunt hen bij het aanleren van de juiste werkwijzen.
  • Je stelt duidelijke controle-instructies en bijhorende documenten op.
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit op tijdens de verschillende montagestappen en de eindcontrole.
  • Je stimuleert het kwaliteitsbewustzijn bij de medewerkers en waakt over de naleving van de autocontrole.
  • Je analyseert storingen en montageproblemen en zoekt naar passende oplossingen.
  • Je koppelt vaststellingen uit de eindcontrole en feedback van klanten terug naar de assemblagemedewerkers.
  • Je stemt technische problemen en moeilijke montages af met de engineeringafdeling.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de productieverantwoordelijke, engineering en andere afdelingen zoals de lasserij en lakkerij.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van het productieproces te verhogen.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur in een mechanische richting, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring in kwaliteitscontrole en/of assemblage is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet technische informatie helder over te brengen.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige people skills om medewerkers te begeleiden en te motiveren.
  • Je hebt interesse in voertuigen, mechanica en technische productieprocessen.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands, Frans en Engels voldoende om technische informatie uit te wisselen.
  • Administratieve taken schrikken je niet af.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft doorzetten tot een probleem opgelost is.
  • Je staat open voor nieuwe technieken en werkwijzen en bent bereid om bij te leren waar nodig.
