Misión del Cargo:

Brindar apoyo en la ejecución de los procesos operativos y administrativos del área de Talento Humano, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas internas, normativas legales, fomentando un ambiente laboral positivo que contribuya al bienestar y desarrollo del personal. Adicionalmente, brindar soporte en actividades de recepción, atendiendo a clientes externos, gestionando la valija institucional, coordinando el envío y recepción de bultos, garantizando una atención cordial y eficiente.

Requisitos

Formación: Título Universitario (universidad culminada) en Psicología Organizacional o Administración de Talento Humano.

Experiencia: mínima de 6 meses en el área de Talento Humano.
