Estamos buscando uma pessoa Especialista de Planejamento Financeiro para atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, conectando performance financeira, dados e estratégia em um ambiente ligado a games, tecnologia e produtos digitais.

Essa posição terá papel importante na construção de análises, cenários e recomendações que apoiem decisões de crescimento, rentabilidade, investimentos e eficiência.

Seu desafio por aqui

Você vai atuar na condução de budget, forecast e análises de performance, além de desenvolver modelos financeiros, acompanhar indicadores estratégicos e transformar informações complexas em direcionamentos claros para o negócio.

Também fará parte da rotina:

  • Analisar receitas, custos, despesas e rentabilidade;
  • Construir cenários e modelos financeiros para tomada de decisão;
  • Trabalhar com métricas como CAC, LTV, churn, payback e unit economics;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar dashboards em Power BI e Metabase;
  • Preparar análises e materiais executivos para liderança e stakeholders;
  • Atuar em parceria com Produto, Comercial, Marketing e Operações;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e uso de IA em Finanças.

O que buscamos

  • Experiência sólida em FP&A, Planejamento Financeiro ou áreas correlatas;
  • Excel avançado e experiência com modelagem financeira;
  • Conhecimento de Power BI e análise de dados;
  • Capacidade de construir cenários e transformar dados em recomendações;
  • Visão de negócio, autonomia e boa comunicação com diferentes stakeholders;
  • Inglês avançado.

Vai contar pontos se você tiver

  • Experiência em tecnologia, games, SaaS ou negócios digitais;
  • Conhecimento de Power Query, DAX, SQL ou Metabase;
  • Vivência com métricas de monetização e rentabilidade;
  • Interesse por automação e Inteligência Artificial aplicada a Finanças.

Local: São Paulo - SP Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido, presencialidade 3x na semana.
