Nu söker LF Skåne en CFO som vill ta en central roll i bolagets fortsatta utveckling. Rollen rapporterar direkt till vd och ingår i företagsledningen. Du leder Ekonomi & Finans och bidrar till finansiell stabilitet, affärsmässig styrka och långsiktig utveckling. Ekonomi & Finans omfattar avdelningarna Ekonomi, Finans, Business control, Inköp samt dotterbolaget Länshem Skåne AB. Hållbarhetsansvarig och controller för finansiell rapportering rapporterar också direkt till CFO. Rollen kombinerar finansiell styrning med ett nära och samlande ledarskap, och gör dig till en viktig partner till vd, företagsledning och styrelse.

Ditt uppdrag är

  • Leda och utveckla Ekonomi & Finans som ett samlat, affärsnära stöd till LF Skånes verksamhet, med fokus på medarbetare, arbetssätt och samverkan.
  • Skapa riktning, tydliga mandat och goda förutsättningar för medarbetare och specialister att bidra.
  • Omsätta strategi och affärsplan till mål, prioriteringar och beslutsunderlag som stödjer effektiv ekonomistyrning och välgrundade ekonomiska beslut.
  • Säkerställa rapportering, intern kontroll, regelefterlevnad, kapitalförvaltning, årsredovisning och tillsynsrapportering enligt Solvens II.
  • Bidra med helhetssyn över försäkring, bank, liv, kapitalförvaltning, fastigheter och dotterbolag.

Erfarenheter

  • Ledande erfarenhet inom ekonomi och finans, gärna från försäkring, bank eller annan reglerad finansiell verksamhet.
  • Erfarenhet av finansiell rapportering, kapitalförvaltning, regulatoriska frågor, IFRS eller Solvens II.
  • Vana av affärsplanering, affärsstyrning, ledningsgruppsarbete och beslutsunderlag.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda team, utveckla arbetssätt och driva förändring.
  • Akademisk examen inom ekonomi eller motsvarande.
  • Det är meriterande med förståelse för försäkringsaffärens logik, fastigheter som tillgångsmassa, inköp, upphandling, digitala verktyg eller ekonomisystem.
