Assuntos Regulatórios - Elaborar, revisar, emitir e manter atualizados documentos técnicos e regulatórios, como FISPQ/FDS, fichas de especificação, fichas de alérgenos, declarações e demais documentos aplicáveis. - Analisar e responder questionários, solicitações técnicas e requisitos regulatórios de clientes, órgãos fiscalizadores e demais partes interessadas. - Realizar o enquadramento e a classificação regulatória de matérias-primas e produtos acabados, assegurando atendimento à legislação vigente e às exigências específicas dos clientes. - Efetuar e manter atualizados os cadastros de matérias-primas e produtos junto aos sistemas e órgãos. - Orientar e prestar suporte técnico às áreas internas. - Fornecer, revisar e controlar a documentação necessária para clientes, fornecedores, auditorias e órgãos reguladores. - Controlar a validade e a renovação de certificados, certidões, licenças e demais documentos legais, garantindo a regularidade das operações. - Acompanhar alterações legislativas e normativas aplicáveis aos produtos e atividades da empresa, avaliando impactos e propondo adequações quando necessário.

Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ) - Administrar e monitorar a documentação do SGQ, incluindo manuais, procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, formulários, políticas, mapas de processo e demais documentos controlados. - Conduzir o fluxo de revisão, aprovação, distribuição, controle de versões, arquivamento e atualização da documentação do sistema. - Analisar, registrar, acompanhar e dar suporte ao tratamento de não conformidades, ações corretivas, reclamações de clientes, riscos, oportunidades e mudanças, monitorando prazos, evidências e eficácia das ações implementadas. - Apoiar a implementação, manutenção e melhoria contínua do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, promovendo a conformidade dos processos e requisitos normativos. - Planejar, solicitar, acompanhar e prestar suporte às auditorias internas, externas, inspeções e processos de certificação, consolidando evidências, relatórios e planos de ação. - Apoiar gestores e responsáveis de processos na manutenção dos requisitos do SGQ, acompanhando indicadores, metas e ações de melhoria. - Elaborar, revisar e padronizar documentos, registros e metodologias relacionadas à gestão da qualidade. - Organizar, ministrar ou apoiar treinamentos relacionados aos processos internos e ao Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, mantendo registros e acompanhando sua eficácia. - Controlar e monitorar planos de ação, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e a implementação das ações definidas. - Consolidar indicadores, pesquisas de satisfação, resultados do SGQ e informações para reuniões de análise crítica da direção. - Assessorar as áreas da empresa na aplicação dos procedimentos, normas e requisitos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Experiência na função Técnico concluído em Química, Alimentos, Bioquímica, Farmácia, ou áreas correlatas; ou Superior Cursando.
