Buscamos um(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos Pleno para atuar de forma generalista, garantindo processos bem estruturados e uma experiência acolhedora para o time. Você será peça-chave na organização, apoiando a liderança e contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo.

  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta.
  • Realizar todo o processo de admissão, documentação e integração.
  • Administrar ponto eletrônico e controle de jornada.
  • Gerir benefícios (VT, VA, convênios etc.).
  • Controlar e acompanhar férias e afastamentos.
  • Apoiar em cálculos e rotinas de folha.
  • Atender colaboradores e lideranças em demandas de RH.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como Analista de RH Pleno ou Generalista.
  • Vivência com recrutamento e seleção e processos de admissão completos.
  • Conhecimento em controle de ponto, férias, benefícios e cálculos básicos de folha.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e perfil executor, mão na massa.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial.
  • Formação em RH, Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em ambientes com alto volume de admissões.
  • Atuação prévia em empresas estruturadas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de ponto e folha (ERP/HRIS).
  • Participação em projetos de melhoria de processos de RH.
