Você será a pessoa de referência em FP&A, conectando DRE, Fluxo de Caixa e Balanço para apoiar crescimento, rentabilidade e estrutura de capital de um grupo em expansão no agronegócio.

  • Construir e manter o modelo financeiro integrado (DRE, Caixa e Balanço) por unidade e consolidado.
  • Conduzir orçamento anual, planejamento por safra, forecast rolling e cenários.
  • Projetar capital de giro, estoques, endividamento, CAPEX e necessidade de caixa.
  • Estruturar custos, margens e KPIs de sementes, lavoura e processamento de soja.
  • Analisar realizado vs. orçamento/forecast, explicando volume, preço, mix, câmbio e custos.
  • Avaliar investimentos e impactos em caixa, rentabilidade e alavancagem.
  • Implantar rituais de performance, materiais executivos e reuniões de resultado.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Formação em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sênior em FP&A, planejamento financeiro ou controladoria gerencial.
  • Domínio de modelagem financeira integrada, com balanço fechado e fluxo de caixa reconciliado.
  • Conhecimento avançado de DRE gerencial, custos, margens, capital de giro e endividamento.
  • Excel avançado, com habilidade para estruturar modelos complexos e dinâmicos.
  • Vivência no agronegócio (sementes, produção agrícola, originação de grãos ou processamento de soja).
  • Conhecimento de operações de custeio, CPR e instrumentos de financiamento do agro.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação alocada e deslocamentos entre unidades agrícolas e industriais.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência prévia em consultoria de turnaround ou reestruturação financeira.
  • Histórico de implantação de rotinas de FP&A do zero ou em ambientes em transformação.
  • Vivência em relacionamento com bancos, agentes financeiros e investidores.
