LFG Construction est à la recherche d’un(e) Chargé(e) de projet principal(e) pour se joindre à son équipe et contribuer à la réalisation de projets stimulants et complexes.

Dans ce rôle clé, vous assurerez la gestion globale de vos projets, de la planification jusqu’à la livraison, en veillant au respect des échéanciers, des budgets, des standards de qualité et des objectifs établis. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de chantier, les professionnels, les clients et les différents partenaires afin d’assurer une exécution efficace et structurée.

Nous recherchons une personne d’expérience, reconnue pour son leadership, son sens de l’organisation et sa capacité à anticiper les enjeux, qui souhaite mettre son expertise à profit dans un environnement où autonomie, collaboration et prise de décision occupent une place importante.

Vos responsabilités au quotidien

  • Planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi complet des projets, en déterminant les méthodes de travail et les ressources nécessaires à leur réalisation
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets, des échéanciers et de la rentabilité des projets en gardant une vision d'ensemble des objectifs à atteindre
  • Négocier et octroyer les contrats de sous-traitance
  • Mobiliser et coordonner les équipes de chantier, les contremaîtres, les chargés de projet et les différents intervenants grâce à votre leadership et à votre approche collaborative
  • Entretenir une relation de confiance avec les clients, les professionnels, les fournisseurs et les partenaires tout au long des projets
  • Anticiper les enjeux et contribuer activement à la résolution des défis administratifs, techniques et opérationnels

Le profil que nous recherchons

  • Formation en génie, en construction, en gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente, dont au moins 5 en gestion de projet du côté entrepreneur

Les compétences qui vous démarquent

  • Solide expérience en planification, négociation et gestion financière des projets
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément avec rigueur et autonomie
  • Leadership, facilité à mobiliser les équipes et excellentes capacités relationnelles
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de projet
