Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un Encargado Contable responsable de administrar y supervisar el ciclo contable completo de la organización, asegurando la confiabilidad de la información financiera, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y el adecuado control de los costos de producción.

La posición brinda soporte directo a la Gerencia Administrativa y al área de Producción, mediante la elaboración de reportes financieros, análisis de costos y fortalecimiento de los controles internos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Administrar y revisar el ciclo contable completo.
  • Elaborar estados financieros, cierres contables y reportes para gerencia.
  • Supervisar cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar.
  • Preparar conciliaciones bancarias y controlar el flujo de caja.
  • Controlar inventarios y registros relacionados con los procesos productivos.
  • Coordinar y revisar los procesos de nómina.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y tributarias.
  • Calcular y analizar los costos reales de producción.
  • Identificar variaciones entre costos reales, estándares y presupuestados.
  • Fortalecer los controles internos y apoyar la mejora de los procesos contables.
  • Administrar información en sistemas contables y elaborar análisis mediante Excel.

Requisitos

  • Título de Perito Contador.
  • Estudios universitarios avanzados en Contaduría Pública y Auditoría, Administración Financiera o carrera relacionada.
  • Experiencia mínima de tres años en contabilidad general y ciclo contable completo.
  • Experiencia en elaboración y análisis de estados financieros.
  • Conocimientos de legislación fiscal y obligaciones tributarias en Guatemala.
  • Experiencia en cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, inventarios, nómina y flujo de caja.
  • Deseable experiencia en costos de producción y análisis de variaciones.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y manejo de sistemas contables.
  • Capacidad de análisis, organización, precisión y manejo confidencial de información.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera 100 % presencial en Km. 24.5 Carretera a Mataquescuintla, San José Pinula.
