Buscamos un(a) Jefe de Tecnología y Datos para liderar la estrategia tecnológica y garantizar la disponibilidad de información confiable que facilite la toma de decisiones y el crecimiento del negocio. Será responsable de definir y ejecutar el plan de tecnología y su presupuesto, liderar la implementación y optimización del ERP SAP e integrar los procesos de compras, importaciones, inventarios, operaciones, ventas y finanzas. Asimismo, desarrollará soluciones de analítica y tableros de gestión, impulsará la implementación de CRM y canales digitales, gestionará la infraestructura y ciberseguridad, administrará proveedores tecnológicos y liderará el equipo del área.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Definir y ejecutar el plan estratégico de tecnología y administrar el presupuesto del área, en alineación con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Liderar la optimización del ERP SAP, garantizando la integración de compras, importaciones, inventarios, operaciones, ventas y finanzas.
  • Asegurar la confiabilidad de la información de inventarios y costos para facilitar la toma de decisiones.
  • Desarrollar tableros de gestión e indicadores de ventas, cartera e inventarios, así como herramientas de pronóstico de demanda.
  • Impulsar la implementación de CRM, aplicaciones de preventa, comercio electrónico, marketplaces y plataformas B2B.
  • Gestionar la infraestructura tecnológica, la ciberseguridad, los respaldos y los controles de acceso.
  • Supervisar las soluciones de facturación y nómina electrónica y la protección de datos personales.
  • Negociar y administrar contratos con proveedores de software, infraestructura y consultoría.
  • Conformar y liderar el equipo de tecnología, promoviendo la adopción de nuevos procesos y herramientas.

Requisitos

Requerimientos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Posgrado en Gerencia de Tecnología, Analítica de Datos o Gerencia de Proyectos.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 años en tecnología, incluyendo al menos 4 años liderando equipos.
  • Experiencia en empresas de consumo masivo, farmacéutico, distribución o importación.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en ERP SAP.
  • Dominio de herramientas de analítica e inteligencia de negocios, como Power BI.
  • Conocimientos en CRM, comercio electrónico, integración EDI, facturación y nómina electrónica, ciberseguridad y protección de datos.
  • Competencias en orientación al negocio, gestión del cambio, priorización, negociación y liderazgo de equipos.

Beneficios

Salario $12.000.000 + beneficios.

Contrato a término indefinido.
