Compañía del sector de desarrollo inmobiliario y construcción busca Gerente Administrativo/a, con sede en Chía, Cundinamarca, para liderar la gestión estratégica e integral de las áreas de soporte corporativo, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos del negocio, la eficiencia operativa y el cumplimiento normativo de sus operaciones nacionales e internacionales.

Esta posición tendrá el reto de consolidar una gestión administrativa orientada a resultados, mediante la definición de prioridades, el fortalecimiento de procesos y controles, la optimización de recursos y el desarrollo de equipos multidisciplinarios de alto desempeño. Como aliado de la Gerencia General, será responsable de garantizar información oportuna y confiable para la toma de decisiones, elevar la calidad de los servicios internos y fortalecer la articulación entre las áreas bajo su liderazgo y los principales grupos de interés.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Dirigir las áreas de Contabilidad, Gestión Humana, Administración de Personal, Nómina, Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, Tecnología, Procesos y Servicios Administrativos.
  • Definir planes de trabajo, indicadores y metas, realizar seguimiento a su cumplimiento y presentar resultados a la Gerencia General.
  • Garantizar, a través del líder contable, cierres oportunos y confiables, cumplimiento tributario y atención de auditorías para las operaciones nacionales e internacionales.
  • Liderar la estrategia de atracción, desarrollo, compensación, bienestar y retención del talento, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral.
  • Asegurar el funcionamiento del SG-SST, la continuidad de los servicios tecnológicos y la mejora de los procesos y la gestión documental.
  • Supervisar compras, proveedores, contratación administrativa, activos e instalaciones, optimizando costos y recursos.
  • Desarrollar equipos multidisciplinarios y fortalecer el relacionamiento con las áreas internas y los aliados externos.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Contaduría o carreras afines.
  • Especialización o maestría en Gerencia, Administración o áreas relacionadas; deseable MBA.
  • Trayectoria profesional mínima de 12 años, con al menos 5 años liderando distintas áreas de soporte, en gerencias administrativas, de servicios compartidos o corporativas.
  • Experiencia dirigiendo líderes especialistas y equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo la supervisión gerencial de un área contable.
  • Conocimientos en gestión por procesos e indicadores, fundamentos contables y cierres, normativa laboral y de SST a nivel gerencial, ERP empresarial y herramientas de seguimiento.
  • Deseable manejo de SINCO.
  • Experiencia en construcción o desarrollo inmobiliario y conocimiento de operaciones con fiducias, múltiples sociedades y contabilidad en varios países.
  • Habilidades de planeación, seguimiento y control, liderazgo, desarrollo de equipos, negociación, comunicación ejecutiva y mejora continua.
