Wat ga je hier doen:

  • Aansturen en coachen van techniekers: Je verdeelt de dagelijkse taken helder over de ploeg, begeleidt collega's bij technische vraagstukken en ondersteunt hen op de vloer om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Coördineren van onderhoud en storingen: Bij acute pannes grijp je gericht in, analyseer je de diepere oorzaken en zorg je samen met het team voor een snelle heropstart van de lijnen.
  • Beheren van technische werkorders: Het opstellen, plannen en opvolgen van curatieve en preventieve onderhoudstaken doe je nauwkeurig in het beheersysteem.
  • Borgen van ploegoverdrachten en routines: Aan het begin en einde van elke shift stem je grondig af met collega-leidinggevenden, zodat openstaande punten en ombouwtijden vlekkeloos worden doorgegeven.
  • Realiseren van verbetertrajecten: Samen met de afdeling engineering implementeer je methodes zoals Lean en 5S om machines veiliger, stabieler en efficiënter te laten draaien.

Wie zoeken we:

  • Een technisch diploma op zak (Graduaat of Bachelor), bij voorkeur in elektromechanica of onderhoudstechnieken, aangevuld met enkele jaren praktijkervaring in een industriële omgeving.
  • Stevige technische bagage op vlak van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica, waarbij noties van industriële koeltechniek als een welkome troef gelden.
  • Organisatorisch sterk, communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels, en bekend met MS Office en Lean/5S-principes.
  • Een gezonde interesse in continu verbeteren en de wil om in te stappen in een vlot werkend ploegensysteem.
