The posting

1、负责车间辖属门盖区域（车门、机盖、尾门等开闭件）安全指标达成； 2、负责新项目投产阶段门盖工艺质量指标达成； 3、维护量产车型门盖质量指标，主导滚边、涂胶等关键工艺参数的优化与验证； 4、处理现场质量问题及后工段（涂装、总装）、售后反馈的质量问题，重点主导门盖外观、配合间隙、密封性问题整改； 5、维护现场辅料（折边胶、结构胶、密封胶等）定额； 6、制定车间技术质量相关的体系文件并推动落地； 7、负责供应商（滚边工装、模具、胶类）质量的管理； 8、达成线平衡目标，持续推动降本增效工作。

1、全日制本科院校毕业，机械、自动化、材料、焊接等相关专业； 2、5年以上汽车焊装工作经验，其中门盖（开闭件）工艺经验不少于3年； 3、有主流主机厂相同岗位工作经验； 4、拥有工厂从0-1建设经验者优先，至少完整参与过一款车型从投产到量产的过程； 5、熟悉门盖产线布局和原理，具备产线布局设计能力； 6、熟悉滚边/包边工艺，掌握滚边程序调试、圆角成形质量、回弹与刚性控制，有滚边工装调试及验收经验者优先； 7、掌握折边胶、结构胶等涂胶工艺，熟悉涂布位置与胶量控制要求； 8、了解设备基本运行原理； 9、了解质量体系（IATF 16949），具备用体系流程提升现场质量的能力； 10、熟练运用CATIA、Auto CAD、Office等软件； 11、熟悉尺寸分析和尺寸提升过程，掌握开闭件配合公差及表面质量管理。
