任职要求 - 具备跨领域的安全判断力。 理解应用与 API、身份与权限、云与基础设施、主机与网络等主要攻击面，能够把代码缺陷、配置暴露、权限关系与运行行为串成攻击链，判断可利用性、影响范围和处置优先级。 - 在至少一个安全方向有深度实战。 在漏洞研究与应用安全、实战攻防、威胁检测与应急响应或运行时防护中，有主导复杂问题的经历。能够从技术机理解释攻击如何成立，独立完成利用验证、入侵溯源或防御验证，并以复测或运行证据证明处置效果。 - 具备 AI 驱动安全任务的工程交付经验。 能将专业安全数据与工具组织成由模型或 Agent 驱动的分析、验证和处置流程。能基于真实任务建立评测，与人工或既有工具对照，判断 AI 在发现质量、处置时效和错误成本上的实际收益。 - 具备复杂安全项目的技术领导力。 主导过核心安全能力从问题定义、架构取舍到生产运营的完整交付。能够亲自解决关键技术难题，推动跨团队协作，并以生产数据验证效果。
