1. 了解管辖范围内各个城市的汽车市场情况，包括汽车园区分布、竞争品牌网络布局；熟悉当地主要经销商、核心物业的业主等。 2. 独立进行可行性研究分析和商业谈判，并完成场地踏勘与内部报批流程和合同谈判签署工作； 3. 建设期内租金付款跟进~运营期商务支持； 4. 既存店铺的合约维护，包括续约、扩租、换铺、闭店退租洽谈等； 5. 熟悉管辖范围内各城市商业&工业地产情况，与优质项目业主有良好的关系，定期与合作伙伴及意向项目业主保持沟通，及时了解物业市场信息；与当地资源丰富的中介、行业协会建立良好的合作关系 6. 完成上级交付的其它工作任务。

1. 本科及以上学历，有5年及以上的选址拓展从业经验，品牌方、业主方或中介公司皆可； 2. 有丰富的业主资源和优秀的沟通能力。 项目经验（二选一）： 1）选址经验：至少管理过两个省份的网络拓展业务，直接负责的店铺不少于40家； 2）招商项目经验：全程参与过不少于2个10万平米以上项目的招商工作，做过招商团队负责人 3. 有一定的财务和法务知识储备，可以协助上级完成商务洽谈和协助法务审核合约； 4. 能承受较大的工作强度和频繁出差； 5. 有良好的团队协作精神和自我驱动意识、善于学习新知识，应对新挑战； 6. 掌握足够的软件技能，能熟练使用Office系列软件；
