1. 本科及以上学历，5～8年汽车CG领域工作经验，英语能力优秀，具有很强的团队协作能力和问题解决能力； 2. 具有良好的审美能力和扎实的艺术把握能力，能够独立制作产品级可视化作品，且能够把控整个团队的艺术表现水平； 3. 能够熟练使用各种CG制作软件（包括但不限于 3DsMAX / Maya / Vray / VRED / UnrealEngine4 ……）制作静态/动态CGI影像，并具有优秀的学习能力，能够快速适应不同的工作流程； 4. 热爱汽车行业，对汽车产业和可视化领域有自己的见解； 5. 性格开朗，团队合作能力强。
