职位说明 1. 作为供应计划部物料控制工作负责人参与供应计划二级计委，梳理物料供应风险，保障供应计划达成； 2. 根据产供销下发的供应计划，完成各车型物料供应能力调查，输出供应边界及资源需求； 3. 作为横向部门，负责拉通采购域，管理物料供应短缺风险、库存呆滞风险，协调解决瓶颈物料； 4. 深挖关键零部件的关键工艺和设备、多级物料等，制定风险数据库和风险解决方法，提炼物控管理方法论； 5. 作为规划计划代表，参与各产品线项目重团会议，把握项目进度，识别对主生产计划影响，并拉通解决； 6. 掌握MRP运营、库存管理、风险管理等业务运行状态，拉通过程中复杂问题，并制定流程，确保运营顺畅； 7. 参与供应计划运营，负责制定物料控制相关的结果和过程指标，周度、月度复盘，监控指标达成； 8. 依据公司集成计划变更进度，制定本岗位所辐射的流程和制度，支持信息化建设； 9. 其他上级安排的工作

职位要求 - 本科及以上学历； - 10年以上汽车行业整车工厂（or总部）的计划体系工作经验； - 至少5年以上物料计划工作经验，2年以上主计划或生产计划经验； - 了解计划体系运作，熟悉至少1个体系的产销订单传递流程、熟悉MRP运行逻辑； - 熟悉计划体系和流程架构，有0-1计划体系建设经验者优先； - 善于处理复杂问题，善于处理大数据，有工作解码、重构能力和一定的excel及编程能力； - 自驱力强，以身作则树立高标准的交付要求； - 优异的沟通协调能力，强烈的团队协作意识； - 优秀的解决问题的能力，在问题的识别、分配，解决措施中体现出专业能力，善于寻求资源解决问题； - 抗压能力强，敢于直面挑战。
