1、负责投产阶段NVH（三电啸叫、胎噪、风噪、热管理NVH）&异响（底盘异响、开闭件异响、坏路异响等）问题识别/分析/管理，确保SOP没有红灯项； 2、负责量产后车型由于零部件质量、匹配、装配等波动造成的NVH&异响质量分析，进行NVH一致性管控； 3、支持售后NVH&异响问题分析。

1、8年以上汽车主机厂NVH或异响工作经验，本科及以上学历，较强的NVH&异响主观评价能力； 2、熟练掌握并运用主流的NVH振动噪声分析软件LMS/Head Artemis/BAK中的至少一种； 3、熟悉Teamcenter/Catia能在DMU里识别异响风险并提出规避建议； 4、熟悉整车结构，丰富的整车异响/NVH分析改善经验； 5、熟悉NVH/异响设计开发流程，至少2款车型的项目经验； 6、工作主动积极、抗压性强、团队配合能力强。
