1、战略与规划：根据公司发展的战略目标，结合公司EHS方面的相关规范标准，构建精准的全场景主动安保防御体系，并制定相应的政策、流程及操作指南，同时基于国家法规、政策、标准的变化及业务发展情况，持续更新迭代。 2、安保运营： （1）全业态安保管理：根据全业态全场景安保防御体系，制定相应的政策、流程、操作指南，对例外及特殊事件进行持续追踪和分析，监督、推动各营运单位的实施情况，持续改善，打造安全的工作场所。 （2） 威胁预警及管理：制定全业态威胁管理机制，监控威胁案件情况，策划针对性的防御行动，持续改善，以保障员工人身安全。 （3）安保服务质量管理：联合公安部门建立警企联防机制，设计区域设计联防模型，优化安保人力配置效率，建立第三方安保服务商准入、培训、管理、评估、退出机制，并确保落地实施，推动第三方安保在全国各业态各营运单位的高质量运行。 （4）差旅安保：制定相关安保管理机制，保障员工在差旅中的人身及资产安全。 （5）与管理层、资产保护各团队、相关部门紧密协作，以确保安保工作的有效推进与落实。 3、培训及赋能： （1）构建安保培训赋能体系，负责组织、开展安防培训赋能，提升各业态前线人员安防意识及安防事件识别、预防、应急能力。 （2）策划各业态有针对性的安防宣传、场景化演练，推动安防融入业务日常运营。

1、统招全日制本科及以上学历，安全或风险管理相关专业，警官类院校安全保卫管理专业优先。 2、具备8年以上相关行业工作经验，5年以上大型企业安保管理经验，具有零售连锁行业安保体系建设经验优先。 3、持续改进能力：乐于创新，敢于挑战现状，能运用数字化工具优化流程、提升效，率持续改进工作方式。 4、语言能力：良好的中文书面及口头表达能力，及英文听说读写能力，能与国际部安防团队协同工作。 5、具有保安师或助理保安师证书者优先考虑。
