负责具身智能软件功能及性能的冒烟和回归，高效高质量分析反馈 负责具身智能模型软件功能多维度性能评价，指引研发迭代方向 负责具身智能汽车功能验证和性能标定匹配测试，主要包含行车泊车和主动安全全场景； 负责相关联传感器及执行器的功能联调及性能验收； 对所负责功能模块进行专项系统测试，提出系统问题及其协同软件研发团队处理问题和提升性能体验； 根据项目需求，拟定实车测试方案，按需安排和管理系统级规模化路试； 维护测试车辆和测试环境，包括车辆及相关设备的维护和维修。

本科及以上学历，2年及以上智能驾驶行业车辆系统集成工作经历 熟悉车辆结构，对智能驾驶系统E/E架构有深入了解 动手能力较强，可独立完成部分车辆改制任务 熟悉驾驶辅助系统的典型功能及其系统设计逻辑，能识别系统功能链路中各个模块的数据流传递关系 车辆驾驶技能熟练，驾驶里程达到5,000km以上 对于传感器的数据采集系统有完整的理解或解决思路 熟悉Liunx环境，能够熟练操作CLI终端 具备团队管理或外包管理经验者优先 具备测试工具开发或AI智能体开发经验者优先 能适应短期出差
