负责所负责片区的测试路线规划与设计，覆盖城市道路、高速、山区、隧道等多场景 执行迭代版本的实车路测，负责行车功能多维度性能评价，识别功能改进与性能退化问题，指引研发迭代方向 对所负责功能子模块进行专项系统测试，提出系统问题及其协同软件研发团队处理问题和提升性能体验； 管理片区内路测外包团队，制定每日测试计划与路线排期 编写测试日报/周报，与研发团队对接问题分析与复现 跟踪相关法规标准变化，确保测试合规符合强标

本科及以上学历，3年及以上智能驾驶行车NOA测试经验 对所在片区（华中、华南、西南）的典型城市的道路结构及交通状况熟悉，当地候选人优先 候选人应具备客观的判断力、高度的组织能力、极强的细节关注度，能主动推进工作 了解主流自动驾驶技术路线，对自动驾驶的技术实现方案有较好的理解 熟悉驾驶辅助系统的典型功能及其系统设计逻辑，能识别系统功能链路中各个模块的数据流传递关系 了解开发需求管理，系统方案设计，车辆端系统功能和性能匹配标定工作，测试及验证方案设计及其实施 熟悉驾驶辅助系统所涉及的执行器之间的交互和性能指标 车辆驾驶技能熟练，驾驶里程达到10,000km以上 对于传感器的数据采集系统有完整的理解或解决思路 熟悉Liunx环境，能够熟练操作CLI终端 具备团队管理或外包管理经验者优先 具备测试工具开发或AI智能体开发经验者优先 能适应出差（片区内城市间）
