教育背景与专业：研究生及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、通信、自动化等相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础。 1.技能与工具熟练度：熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Python、Java或C++），掌握测试工具如CANoe、HIL等，并能设计测试体系而非仅执行工具操作。 2.行业经验与问题解决能力：具备3年以上汽车智能座舱测试经验，熟悉测试流程和标准，具备良好的逻辑思维、学习能力和细节观察力，能敏锐发现和分析问题。 3.沟通与团队协作：具备优秀的团队沟通能力和责任心，积极主动，乐于协作，能适应跨部门项目。
