负责承接L2/L3/L4级自动驾驶功能研发测试及体系认证，制定测试策略，开展场地和公共道路测试，满足测试验证目标及法规准入目标 负责L2/L3/L4级自动驾驶实车功能验证和性能标定匹配测试，主要包含城市自动驾驶、高速自动驾驶、高性能主动安全全场景； 负责相关联传感器及执行器的功能联调及性能验收； 对所负责功能模块进行专项系统测试，提出系统问题及其协同软件研发团队处理问题和提升性能体验； 负责国内法规体系的差距分析，开展专项验证，辅助系统的迭代提升； 根据项目需求，拟定实车测试方案，按需安排和管理系统级规模化路试； 维护测试车辆和测试环境，包括车辆及相关设备的维护和维修。

本科及以上学历，3年及以上智能驾驶行车NOA测试经验 对所在base地典型城市的道路结构及交通状况熟悉 候选人具备客观的判断力、高度的组织能力、极强的细节关注度，能主动推进工作 了解主流自动驾驶技术路线，对自动驾驶的技术实现方案有较好的理解 熟悉驾驶辅助系统的典型功能及其系统设计逻辑，能识别系统功能链路中各个模块的数据流传递关系 了解开发需求管理，系统方案设计，车辆端系统功能和性能匹配标定工作，测试及验证方案设计及其实施 熟悉驾驶辅助系统所涉及的执行器之间的交互和性能指标 车辆驾驶技能熟练，驾驶里程达到10,000km以上 对于传感器的数据采集系统有完整的理解或解决思路 熟悉Liunx环境，能够熟练操作CLI终端 具备团队管理或外包管理经验者优先 具备测试工具开发或AI智能体开发经验者优先 能适应短期出差
