About the Role We are looking for a driven Sales Account Executive (B2C) to engage directly with consumers, guide them through the sales process, and close deals. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound leads, build strong customer relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of B2C leads from initial contact to close
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product explanations
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to improve conversions
  • Follow up with potential customers to maximize closing opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and outreach
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in phone-based or inside sales environments
  • Background in retail sales, customer service, or tele-sales
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and conversion optimization
  • Experience working with commissions or performance-based pay**
