The posting

Voor een lekker kopje koffie, een heerlijke maaltijd of een gezellig praatje komen onze cliënten naar het restaurant van locatie De Eschpoort. Gastvrijheid en gezelligheid staan hier voorop! Voor deze locatie zijn wij op zoek naar een spontane en gedreven Allround Horecamedewerker.

Pak je ruimte!

Als Allround Horecamedewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen het restaurant. Naast de dagelijkse horecawerkzaamheden pak je ook zelfstandig organiserende en coördinerende taken op. Je zorgt ervoor dat bewoners, bezoekers en collega's kunnen rekenen op een gastvrije en goed georganiseerde dienstverlening.

Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het ontvangen en bedienen van bewoners, bezoekers en gasten;
  • Het verzorgen van de catering binnen het restaurant;
  • Het aannemen van reserveringen en adviseren bij feestjes en bijeenkomsten;
  • Het ondersteunen van de assemblagekok bij het bereiden van maaltijden;
  • Het verzorgen van een goede maaltijdverspreiding, onder andere met de brood-serveerwagen;
  • Het aanvullen van voorraden en waar nodig verzorgen van de bevoorrading;
  • Het schoon en netjes houden van het restaurant en de werkruimtes.

Je werkt volgens een rooster en kunt ook worden ingezet op andere woonzorglocaties van Liberein. De werktijden liggen doorgaans tussen 09.30 en 19.00 uur (uitzonderingen kunnen voorkomen). Ook ben je beschikbaar om af en toe in de weekenden en op feestdagen te werken.
