Sie testen unsere Anlagen in der Produktion, bevor sie ausgeliefert werden, ermitteln die Ursache, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, und sorgen dafür, dass die Entwicklung daraus lernt. Denn Sie kennen die Anlage in- und auswendig und sind zudem der Experte, den wir zu den Kunden schicken, wenn ein Problem über die Möglichkeiten des Außendienstes hinausgeht. Sie berichten an den Leiter der Fertigung und arbeiten eng mit der Entwicklung, der Anwendungsberatung und unserem Serviceteam zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Testen in der Produktion

  • Durchführung von Testverfahren für jedes Werkzeug während des gesamten Fertigungsprozesses: Hardwaretests, Software-Inbetriebnahme und Prozesstests an Testwafern
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Werksabnahmetests (FAT), auch in Anwesenheit von Kunden

Diagnose und Rückmeldung an die Entwicklung

  • Systematische Analyse von Ausfällen über alle Teilsysteme hinweg und Ermittlung der Ursachen
  • Strukturierte Meldung von Problemen an die Entwicklung, gemeinsame Erarbeitung von Lösungen und Überprüfung der Korrekturen am Werkzeug
  • Einbringen der Perspektive eines Testers in neue Konstruktionen: Testbarkeit, Diagnostik und Wartungsfreundlichkeit

Kundenbetreuung vor Ort

  • Funktionieren als Second-Level-Support für unsere Servicetechniker und Kunden, sowohl per Fernzugriff als auch vor Ort
  • Diagnose komplexer Produktionsprobleme bei Kunden vor Ort anhand von Maschinenprotokollen, Daten und praktischen Untersuchungen
  • Unterstützung bei Installationen und Standortabnahmetests bei Kunden
  • Erstellung von Anleitungen zur Fehlerbehebung sowie Schulung von Servicetechnikern und Partnern

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Physik (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Laser-/Optiktechnik) oder eine technische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prüfung, Inbetriebnahme oder im Außendienst für komplexe Maschinen
  • Systematische Herangehensweise bei der Fehlersuche in verschiedenen Fachbereichen (Mechanik, Elektrik, Software usw.)
  • Fähigkeit, Schaltpläne und Prozessschemata (P&ID) zu lesen; Erfahrung mit SPS-Systemen (idealerweise Beckhoff TwinCAT) und der Protokollanalyse ist von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für Halbleiterprozesse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kunden, auch in schwierigen Situationen.
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen zu Kunden
