Job Description

Growth, Strategy, and Product Execution

  • Lead end-to-end Product Management for the Women’s Health portfolio in the US & Canada—planning, designing, developing/testing, commercializing, operationalizing, and continuously evolving solutions.

  • Employ market research, industry trends, voice of customer, market share, win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and price realization to develop product strategy and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Own strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders—key opinion leaders (KOLs), US/Canada Imaging leadership, global Women’s Health business partners, Services, Marketing, Enterprise Operations, and Healthcare Financial Services (HFS).
  • Catch and commercialize new product introductions (NPIs) from global engineering, including configurations, quote descriptions, and pricing in coordination with Lead Business Integrators; lead NPI evaluation contracting and pilot/ME site management for rollout or product pivots.
  • Develop tailored product configurations and pricing models to deliver segment-specific value; create and manage catalogs (long/medium/short descriptions), CPQ setup, NPI change orders, backlog conversions, and manage flex trials and technology obsolescence agreements.
  • Work horizontally with Imaging, Services, and HFS to design, evaluate, and launch region-specific commercial offerings (e.g., subscription models) and partner with Services Product Management on comprehensive equipment + services solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine value propositions and with Learning & Development to build sales enablement training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with NCA processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead strategy, process, and communications for FMIs, Field Upgrades, and equipment End-of-Life actions.
  • Support headquarters and virtual customer visits; present portfolio and roadmap in partnership with global modality teams.
  • Work closely with the Women’s Health GM and Marketing Directors to develop and execute show site programs and KOL strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities and influence global and regional product roadmaps for the Women’s Health business.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
