Krankenhauscontrolling (ca. 50–70 %)

  • Verantwortung für das operative und strategische Controlling des Krankenhauses
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des monatlichen Berichtswesens für Geschäftsführung, Aufsichtsorgane und Führungskräfte
  • Analyse von Leistungs-, Erlös- und Kostenentwicklungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits-, Investitions- und Profitabilitätsanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Wirtschafts-, Investitions- und Finanzplänen
  • Begleitung von Jahresabschluss- und Budgetierungsprozessen
  • Analyse von Personal-, Sachkosten- und Leistungskennzahlen
  • Mitwirkung bei Entgeltverhandlungen und wirtschaftlichen Sonderprojekten
  • Unterstützung der Klinikleitungen und Fachabteilungen bei betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung moderner Steuerungsinstrumente und Kennzahlensysteme
  • Identifikation von Effizienz- und Optimierungspotenzialen in medizinischen und administrativen Prozessen

Beteiligungs- und Holding-Controlling (ca. 30–50 %)

  • Kaufmännische Begleitung und Steuerung der ambulanten Tochtergesellschaften und Beteiligungen
  • Erstellung von Forecasts, Planungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Analyse der wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung einzelner Standorte und Gesellschaften
  • Unterstützung bei Akquisitions- und Integrationsprojekten im Rahmen der Wachstumsstrategie
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten Berichtswesens
  • Erstellung von Management-Reports für Geschäftsführung, Gesellschafter und Finanzierungspartner
  • Identifikation von Synergien zwischen stationären und ambulanten Leistungsbereichen

Ihre Stärken

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Gesundheitsökonomie, Krankenhausmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Krankenhauscontrolling oder im kaufmännischen Bereich eines Krankenhauses
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Krankenhausfinanzierung und der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung von Gesundheitseinrichtungen
  • Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Investitionsrechnung und Reporting
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Controlling- und BI-Systemen sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Verständnis für die Zusammenarbeit zwischen medizinischen, pflegerischen und kaufmännischen Bereichen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
