Intro

Als HR Business Partner (m/w/d) verantwortest du die ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer medizinischen Versorgungszentren im Cluster Süd (Baden Württemberg) von der operativen Personalarbeit über strategische HR-Projekte bis hin zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit den Zentralbereichen. Du unterstützt unsere Praxis- und Clustermanager dabei, moderne und mitarbeiterorientierte Arbeitswelten zu gestalten.

Deine Mission bei uns

  • Du bist erste Ansprechpartnerin bzw. erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden und regionalen Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen.
  • Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche HR-Betreuung der MVZ-Standorte in der Region Rhein-Main vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt in enger Abstimmung mit dem regional verantwortlichen Clustermanagement und den Zentralbereichen der LifeLink.
  • Du berätst Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragen.
  • Du verantwortest und steuerst das Recruiting inklusive Bewerberkommunikation, Interviewführung und Onboarding in enger Abstimmung mit dem regional verantwortlichen Clustermanagement und dem HR Team der LifeLink.
  • Du gestaltest, stimmst ab und setzt Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeiterbindung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung um.
  • Du verantwortest die Personalbedarfsplanung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Clustermanagement, der Geschäftsführung, den Führungsteams der einzelnen Praxen sowie dem HR Team der LifeLink.
  • Du pflegst und nutzt moderne HR-Systeme wie zum Beispiel Personio und Planerio und übernimmst die Vertrags- und Dokumentenerstellung.
  • Du arbeitest an HR-Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Tools und der Unternehmenskultur mit.

Deine Stärken

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in modernen HR-Prozessen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen und strategischen Personalarbeit, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen vorzugsweise im niedergelassenen Bereich
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
