  • Strategische und operative Standortsteuerung: Sie unterstützen die ärztliche Leitung bei der organisatorischen, wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Weiterentwicklung des radiologischen Standorts. Dabei behalten Sie die wesentlichen Kennzahlen im Blick, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und treiben die Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Prozessen aktiv voran.
  • Kaufmännisches Praxismanagement: Sie koordinieren die betriebswirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Abläufe des Standorts und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen medizinischem Betrieb, Verwaltung und Geschäftsführung. Sie begleiten Projekte, unterstützen bei Budget-, Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanungen und sorgen für eine effiziente Standortorganisation.
  • Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement: Sie analysieren bestehende Arbeitsabläufe, erkennen Verbesserungspotenziale und setzen Optimierungsmaßnahmen eigenverantwortlich um. Dabei sorgen Sie für transparente Prozesse, eine hohe Servicequalität sowie die erfolgreiche Einführung neuer Standards und Projekte.
  • Führung und Koordination: Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Berufsgruppen am Standort und stellen sicher, dass Informationen, Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten zielgerichtet zusammenlaufen. Dabei agieren Sie als verlässliche Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, ärztliche Leitung, Verwaltung und externe Partner.

Ihre Stärken

  • Erfahrung im Praxis- oder Gesundheitsmanagement: Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in einer verantwortlichen Position im Gesundheitswesen, Praxismanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld. Kenntnisse radiologischer Abläufe sind von Vorteil, jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis und unternehmerisches Denken: Sie verstehen wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und haben Freude daran, Strukturen weiterzuentwickeln, Potenziale zu erkennen und Entscheidungen mitzugestalten.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Eigeninitiative: Sie warten nicht auf Aufgaben, sondern erkennen Handlungsbedarfe selbstständig und treiben Themen aktiv voran. Dabei denken Sie lösungsorientiert und übernehmen Verantwortung.
